    Hi Jeff @foomagoo and thanks for your excellent plugin!

    I use the plugin IdeaStream to post ideas and it works sidewide and with Buddypress groups.
    The “add-new” form actually conflicts with another plugin and I created a filter in Plugin Organizer to block the conflicting plugin at that page.

    The filter works with the sidewide permalink because it is standard: mysite.com/ideas/action/add

    The problem is with the groups, where the permalink is like this: mysite.com/groups/*/ideas/action/add

    The part /*/ is variable, because it is the group slug, which means I cannot create a filter to apply to all groups.

    I see that filters work for permalinks with a variable part at the end (Affect children): mysite.com/groups/… but that doesn’t fit my needs in the present case. Are you planning to support permalinks with a variable part in the middle ?

    Thanks in advance

    PS I tried to block the conflicting plugin using the available post types: ideas, ideastream_utility but they don’t work.

    Sidewide=Sitewide

    That is not going to be supported because of the way wordpress works. This question has been asked in this support forum many times. It’s not possible. Plugin organizer loads before the wordpress core so the url you are accessing is used as a sting to match a database row. Not the other way around.
