Filterable Gallery is Not Allowing Edits

The filterable gallery was working fine for the last several months. Today I noticed that when I opened the widget to edit its attributes (style, colors, icons etc),the widget displays different on the edit screen than it does on the live site. I also cannot edit any attributes on the widget except adding new gallery items.

When I publish or preview changes, the new gallery items I added show up and the widget attributes display correctly. Then, when I go back to edit, the style of the widget goes back to something entirely different than the live site and I cant make any edits to the widget except the gallery section. More specifically, the options to change the widget attributes are available but when I try to size an item larger, for example, nothing changes in the edit screen and nothing changes in the preview/live view.

This would be fine if I never wanted to change the attributes on the widget, I could just leave it alone and still keep adding gallery items. Unfortunately thats not the case though and I need to make edits to the filterable gallery widget itself.

Has anyone had this issue? I tried saving the block as a template and editing on a test page but the problem doesn’t go away on the test page either. It also seems to be solely the filterable gallery widget that isn’t working as it should.
