Thanks for your answer! It’s really confusing. For me it works at the moment in Chrome but not in Firefox. My client told me it’s not working for them at all – on different devices in different browsers.
So the problem is that it doesn’t work reliably. I am sorry I can’ t put it in more concrete words.

I have the same problem with my filterable gallery (https://www.nailsstudiospada.ch/gallery/). Sometimes it works, but most of the time it doesn’t. This situation is really frustrating, because those of the customer care continue to say that it works well. I took some screenshot video from PC (it doesn’t work with any browser) and from my phone too (samsung).
A lot of users experience the same problem, so that’s their problem. If they can’t fix it, I will replace my filterable gallery with another provider.

@arwenlothlorien I also think about working with another plugin. Do you have any tips?
