Filter/Arrange Posts by Country/Region – Plugin

Hello,

I was wondering if there was a plugin already available that allows users to arrange or filter posts by Country and then City/region?

I mean when you visit a page with posts and you want to see what has been posted in your region or if want to write a post and make available worldwide plus regional either via check boxes or drop down menu.

I hope what I’m asking makes sense.
