    The shortcode
    [even-list filterbar_items="daterange_hlist(all&upcoming&past)"]
    should do this.

    Sorry the given code was not correct.
    Here is the correct one:
    [event-list filterbar_items="daterange_hlist(item_order=all&upcoming&past)"]
