Filterbutton in mobile is closing when I scroll

Hi!

On mobile phone the filter closes itselfs when i scroll down or up with the finger, this behavior is present when:

* Surfing on an actual mobile device
* Button is set as “Yes, show as close” on mobile

It works fine in a computer browser window and if its set to be shown as open when entering the site.
