    Hi,

I have a problem that filtering the “Page insights” page does not work after update. I have newest WordPress (6.6.2) and newest WP Statistics (14.10.2). No matter what I set as the filter, it still shows the graph for the past 2 weeks.

    Hi @verkkovaraani,

Thank you for opening the thread!

Could you please provide more details about which filters you are applying, and how the results are appearing for you?

You also mentioned “graphs”. Could you clarify what you meant by that, as the “Page Insights” page does not contain graphs?

If possible, sharing screenshots or screencasts would be very helpful in diagnosing the problem. Please ensure that any sensitive information is blurred or cut out for privacy.

Additionally, please note that after applying filters, the page may take a moment to reload.

Lastly, as part of troubleshooting, I recommend clearing your browser’s cache and trying to access the page in incognito mode to rule out any caching issues.

    Thank you for your cooperation!

    Regards

    Hi

Sorry I was a bit unclear in my first message. The error happens on an single page inside the “Page insights”. So if I click “Front page” or any other page, I get to the page where there is the data and graphs about the statistics of that page. By default it shows the “Performance” of last 2 weeks. In the top right corner there is the filter with which you can change the timeline. IF I select anything, the page loads and the url changes. For example for last month the url becomes …wp-admin/admin.php?page=wps_content-analytics_page&type=single&post_id=6&qp&from=2024-09-01&to=2024-09-30, but the graph of performance shows still the last 2 weeks. This error happens to many people, so I doubt its a caching issue. I also now tried in incognito mode and also with a browser (Edge) which I do not normally use. No help.

    Hi @verkkovaraani,

Thank you for clarifying the matter.

If you hover over the tooltip next to the “Performance”, you can see that it explicitly states “A graph showing the number of views, visitors over the last 15 days“. Please check this image for reference: https://i.vgy.me/rOkzSC.png.

I have forwarded this matter to our team for UI/UX reconsideration.

    Hi,

Thanks for the reply. I tried downgrading to 14.0.2 (just randomly went down some version numbers). It seems there is not “Page Insights”, but there is page called “Page” and in that you can preview individual page statistics. There you have a graph of the visitors per page per day and you can filter that showing last 30 days / last 60 days etc. So I would assume that “Page Insights” replaced that functionality and that it would be still possible to show a graph of visitors on a certain page using a user selected timeline filter. But is it not?

    Hi @verkkovaraani,

We have implemented the filter for the “Performance” chart, and it will be available in version 14.11.

We plan to release this update in the coming weeks.

Thank you for your understanding and patience!

    Regards
