Filtering Posts with Multiple Categories

I would like my users to be able to ‘drill down’ to specific posts by choosing appropriate categories. For example:

1) User clicks category name “2004”
2) User is presented with all posts categorized as “2004”
3) User clicks category name “Blue”
4) User is presented with all posts categorized as “2004” and “Blue” (i.e. the posts must have BOTH categories assigned, not either/or)

Are there any plugins that accomplish this functionality?
