Filtering rate options

  • This so far is a very impressive plug in. so thank you!!! I am having a problem filtering the rate options. I have used the “filter these rates” box but the options are still showing in the cart. Which is not good since I ship a food product and cannot legally use some of the shipping options. any advice??

    I know this is a little late, but I was recently experiencing this same problem myself and found a possible solution. I don’t know if this a bug within WordPress, Easypost Plugin, or the server setup.

    I noticed when I would add additional filters it would take effect until I enabled, and then disabled free shipping.
