Filtering Recent Comments

  • I have a recent comments plugin, and although your plugin does a GREAT job of filtering out bad words from comments, those words will still appear in the recent comments listing on my sidebar. Is there anything I can do about this?

    Hi Bobby,

    I just did a test, and the recent comments widget included with WordPress also filters out flagged keywords in the post title, but the comment content isn’t shown via the recent comments widget.

    Can you provide more details on the exact issue you’re experiencing? Is it with comment content in the sidebar? Perhaps you can send a screenshot, or a link to your sitemap?
