I have temporarily switched to the old version to preserve functionality, so the issue is not visible. But it is there.

    Hi,

you use the latest version 3.0.1 with WooCommerce 2.6 or a previous version ?

I’m using the latest version of both plugins. The previously stated problem has resolved itself, however the new version introduced a new problem where only certain filters are available. The rest are not clickable and show a small cancel symbol. This issue is only visible when no filters are in effect. Once one of the two available filters are activated, then the rest become available as well. You can view the problem here.

Hi, product filters are not appearing on shop page of Bi-Shop theme. After WooCommerce latest update YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter stopped working all of a sudden.

Any updates? This is a pretty major issue. Is it only with my website?

    Hi,

My apologies for this. With latest WooCommerce version 2.6.2 seems that WooThemes changed the query method on loop and this is the reason for this problem. Our team send a new version of product filter today.
Please can you try with latest version 3.0.2 and let me know if the problem disappears.
    Thanks.
    Have a nice day

No the problem is still there. It appears to be on and off.

Updating to the latest version (3.0.3) has still not solved the problem, as you can see here.

    Hi bfl,

Do you use the query type AND or OR ?
I see your website but seems that you enabled the OR query type, you must switch it to AND.
Please, can you try it and let me know ? Thanks.

But I want the OR functionality. If I switch to AND, then you will only be able to choose one brand.

I’m seeing this behavior as well. No matter which attributes are chosen to filter all products are returned.

I am using the “AND” query type.

    Plugin versions:
    Woocommerce 2.6.2
    Yith Ajax Filter 3.0.4

Our filter is also not working with the following versions:

    WooCommerce 2.6.2
YITH Essential Kit for WooCommerce #1: 1.3.1
    Room09: 2.2.1

It just loads all of the products.

    Thanks.

If it makes a difference woocommerce_content() is the function / file in use in this scenario:

    wp-content/themes/mytheme/woocommerce.php
