Filtering with shortcode?

I am using TablePress to display an employee directory on my site.
I created a table and used the shortcode to include it on a main contact directory page that lists all of my employees.
I would now like to create pages for each division within my organization and list the employees for each division on the respective page.
My questions is: Is there a way to use the same table for all these pages to pull data from but to filter content based on one column (in this case the one with the header of “Division”)? I wasn’t sure if there were attributes I could add to the shortcode to make this possible…
I am trying to create a page that shows only those rows who have “Whatever Text” listed in a specific “Column” and hides the remaining rows.
