• Dear support,

After updating to the new version of the plugin and deactivating the ‘deprecated filters’ add-on my filters didn’t show up anymore. I tried to reinstall the plugin and that caused the filters to show again. However they don’t seem to work, even after regenerating the product lookup tables. What is going wrong?

    Thanks in advance!

Please upgrade plugin to the recent version.

    Regards,

    Dear support,

(Now I have the last version (1.5.0.2))

My filters were working very good and after updating to the new version of the plugin my filters do not work anymore!. I erased the filters and I created these again but the plugin does not work. What is going wrong?

    Thanks in advance!

    Dear support,

I just updated to the latest version. Now filters seem to do something but are showing out of stock products or products that don’t even contain the attribute value (for example filter on size 44 shows products that don’t have the attribute value of 44 and products that are out of stock in size 44). I enabled ‘Hide out of stock variations’ with and enable all accompanied options.

    What is the problem?

    Thanks!

It also seems not to work when you land on the page, then it will do nothing. But if you come via another page the filters do something but will load all other products on scroll, seems like another call or lazyloading.

@dholovnia did you get a chance to look at it?

I just updated to the latest version again but experience still the same problem. At first it seems to load the right products but on scrolling it will load all products.

    Hello,

Your theme uses infinite scroll script, but it must be reinited after filtering.
You need to place script from your theme to reinit it to After update field in plugin settings -> JavaScript/CSS tab.

    Oleg

    Hi Oleg,

Thanks for your reply. I turned this feature off in the team, now it seems to work on chrome but not on safari. Is there a bug in the extension?

    Regards,
    Floris
