• Everything were fine, till I checked option “Hide empty values” at General Menu and pressed “Save changes”. Then all filters at front-end became invisible. If I look into page code, I can see empty DIVs like<div class="berocket_single_filter_widget" data-id="7811" style=""></div>. Can`t figure out what went wrong. Please, help.

And what happens when you turn it back off?

Absolutely nothing… Looks like it was bad idea to change settings. Plugin works fine for years till now.
Yesterday I changed PHP version to 7.3 and I saw no errors.
I have already tried to change PHP version back. No luck.

If you change settings back and it is still broken there is some other issue. Most likely it is cache. Do you have cache plugin installed? Did you purge cache there? Did you try to purge cache in our plugin(plugin settings page, tab Advanced)?

Our plugin is tested with PHP version 7.3 . Our main developer is using it during development.

    Hi,

Do you have cache plugin installed?

Yes, I have Hyper-cache plugin installed.

    Did you purge cache there?

    Yes, I did.

Did you try to purge cache in our plugin?

Yes, I did it after I noticed errors at the frontend.

ok, if purge not helping turn off cache plugin for now. Are you using some service with cache eg cloudflare? This is cache issue or conflict with other plugin.
If you did change some option back as it was in our plugin it should be working as it was before change.

turn off cache plugin for now

    Done, still the same

Are you using some service with cache eg cloudflare?

    Nothing like that

If you did change some option back…

Tried this after cache plugin turned off, nothing has changed ??

What if I try to reinstall this plugin? Will I lost all filters and widgets then?

Try to open wp-admin -> WooCommerce -> Status -> Tools and click “Recount terms”.

Open Products -> Attributes -> click “Configure terms” for any attribute -> is Count more than 0 for the values?

What version of the filters plugin do you have? 1.3.2.8 ?

    …click “Recount terms”

    Done

for any attribute -> is Count more than 0 for the values?

Looked through all attributes and found no any one with value 0

What version of the filters plugin do you have? 1.3.2.8 ?

    1.3.2.8

Tried to paste filter as shortcode. This does not work also.

What about the page itself? Is it a default WooCommerce page or a page done with some builder eg Elementor?

    Thread Starter dzembak

    (@dzembak)

This is default archive page. I do not even use some kind of visual editor.

This is weird. Try to disable filters plugin and turn it back on.

It is done, still no changes.

Maybe I shuold check something at DB tables?

Please open plugin settings page tab Advanced and turn on option ‘Show all values’. What is the result?

Also please create screens of the plugin settings page tabs(General and Advanced).

And please open plugin settings page tab Addon. Do you have there some addons turned on?

    Thread Starter dzembak

    (@dzembak)

turn on option ‘Show all values’. What is the result?

Wow! It works, but not correctly. Now ALL filters are displaing at EVERY archive page!
Good news that I can solve this problem, when I use Filters Group widget, insted of Filter Single one.

create screens of the plugin settings page

    Here they are
    1. General
    2. Advanced
    3. Addons

Another question – is your theme compatible with the WooCommerce? I mean – is this stated on the theme page?

WooCommerce is trying to make all theme work ok but this provides a lot of headache for the add-ons.

For some reason filters don’t see the products on that page. I don’t know why.
Could you please try to change the theme to the WordPress default? Just for testing purpose.
