• Hi,

I’m having the same problem since I have updated to the latest version. Filters in the sidebar are not visible, but if I inspect the page using Chrome, I can see that they persist in the shop page and every single filter has a “display:none” style. I had like 10 filters, which are not visible after the update BUT there is only one filter I see in the sidebar – which shows me that the plugin is working, but the rest of the ajax filters are not “there”, I mean visible. Its not a theme issue, because it’s been 3 months since I have been using Extra theme by Elegantthemes and YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter. I check everything, even made a complete working backup, updated the Yith Ajax Filter and the problem popped out again.I tried disabling every single plugin to debug the page – nothing changed. You can check the web page here:

Notice there is only 1 filter, despite I have all the filters in my Apperance tab in the admin panel. Any workaround or fix ?

    Hi,

please can you try to resave the widget filters?
Another solution is to go in WooCommerce -> System Status ->tools and click to recount terms.
Let me know if the problem disappears
    Have a nice day

    Hi,

    Thanks for the advice.
Recount Terms did not solve the problem.
Adding new filters to the widget area does not seem to work – still the same.
Tried to Disable/Enable the Woocommerce and the Yith Ajax Filter plugins one after another – still no success.
I noticed that there are several users who complain of similar problem.

Hi, product filters are not appearing on shop page of Bi-Shop theme. After WooCommerce latest update YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter stopped working all of a sudden.

So I contacted my theme developer and Woocommerce.
This is what I got from the support:
“Ajax has not changed in 2.6, but the logic in layered nav has. So if these are using that they may need compatibility updates.”

I don’t know if that affects the filters, but it is important information.
Still can’t fix the Ajax Filters. I had a backup with no updated. I started updating one by one. After I updated WooCommerce, Ajax Filters went wrong and stopped displaying any kind of filters or attributes. So IMO WooCommerce updated this logic too. I don’t know…
