Hi, your plugin is great but i need your help with the filters not showing.

I tried several different themes, i’m using latest version of WooCommerce and i also disabled all other 3rd party plugins to test this.

If i use the WooCommerce Filter Widget it works, but with your widget i can’t see all the product filters:
Ex. I have a shoes category with a color attribute. I have added 3 shoes to black, 7 to white, 4 to red, 1 to brown and 1 to orange. When i go to the category i only see filters for the color black and white on the widget, the other filters are not showing. However on the WC Filter Widget i can see all of them!

I tried everything and i can’t seem to fix this ??

    Hi Filipe,

How many products per page you have?
There is a bug that I’m fixing currently – filter takes used values of the products that are visible on the current page only. So attribute’s values of the products on pages 2+ will not be counted.

Hi! I understand what your saying but i don’t think that’s my problem as i usually have 16 products per page. I tried to limit to only 5 and even 80 (so that all products are shown) and the problem remains ??

Its strange, because i have other category like shirts with 3 filters applied, and although AAPF doesn’t show me all filters it works better that with the category shoes.

I really don’t know what is happening… My website is in construction so i don’t have a link to show to you, but maybe i will try to use the default WooCommerce filters for now and when my website is running you can check the issue.

Here are 2 screenshots of other website i’m working where you can clearly see my problem:

You can see AAPF filter options and then the WC filters – they don’t match, as WC filters shows me all filter options, but AAPF do not. I really want to use your plugin because its much much better than all the ones i tested, and i tested all the major ones ??

    Thanks!

    Hi Filipe,

Please update plugin to recent version and tell me if issue is gone. There were 2 issues in one place and they both can hide attributes =)

Hi! I just updated and i believe the issues are solved. I will do more testing and keep you updated, thank you very much!

One more thing, this update has removed subcategories from below category in widget advanced settings, if you can solve this in a future release, that would be great.

Another suggestion i have for the categories, i think it would be better if they all showed in advanced settings even if they aren’t populated. Because after we populate a category with products it wouldn’t be necessary to go to the widget and configure it again ??

Thanks and keep up the excellent work!

    Hi Filipe,

I know that too much time passed but to close this topic I’m updating it.
Both issues are fixed and fixes will be available in next release 1.1.0.3

    Regards,
    Dima
