Hello, I have followed the instructions on https://filtereverything.pro/resources/with-wpml-polylang/

The filters work great on the English website, but they don’t show on the Italian website.

When I am logged in WordPress, I see this message on the sidebar: “Nessun set di filtri è configurato per le pagine di questo tipo di post. Puoi creare un nuovo set di filtri per loro.” Meaning: “No filter set is configured for pages of this type of post. You can create a new set of filters for them.”

When I check https://enkismusicrecords.com/it/shop/ I don’t see anything in the sidebar.

I tried reading all previous comments/questions with translation issues but not sure what I did wrong.

I tried translating the filters as seen here in the two screenshots https://ufile.io/f/is914 I simply copied all the original text into Italian, but am wondering if should work on this code?

Thank you for your interest in the Filter Everything plugin.

Can you please provide information on what type of plugin you are using for translation? We have tested it with the WPML just right now and everything is working correctly.

Hi Victor, thank you for the quick reply. I tried using WPML.

Since your plugin’s filters would not show in Italian, for now I am using wordpress’s “product filters” in the Italian sidebar https://enkismusicrecords.com/it/shop/

While in English I am using your plugin https://enkismusicrecords.com/shop/

Hi @thewebmonk

Here is what you need to?do,?delete?your filter sets both of them.?Then?create?a filter for the En language and hit create, then hit the add the IT lang translation, but before?that?choose to use the WP editor in the?translation,?do not use the WPML editor to translate filter sets. It should just create a new filter set in another language where you should add your filter and use the needed language for titles.

So it will look like this with WPML:
