Filters not visible

Hello everyone and thank you for your interest. I configured the plugin and then put it in the specific widget “Woocommerce sidebar”. I don’t know why but I don’t see any filter module in the store page.
If I configure the plugin to show up automatically then I see the icon in the store, clicking on it opens all the filters like in a drop down menu starting from the top.
As a theme I use Astra.
