    Hello,

As already mentioned by people in recent threads from the last few days, the attribute filters have stopped working on our site too after the most recent Woocommerce update. It is a live fashion store with hundreds of products so manually updating each product one by one is not an option. We are also not programmers so doing an export and import of the products will also not work for us.

Could you please advise when the issue will be fixed.

Many thanks in advance for your reply.

    Hi there,
seems that the latest WooCommerce update have some issue with lookup table. There are an option to regenerate it in YITH > WooCommerce > Status > Tools, this fix the issue. Please note that this occurs with the official WooCommerce filters, so it’s not a problem of our plugin but a general issue. Here you find a post that explain how to fix this.

    Hello,

Thank you for your reply. We tried the suggestion from @askmagic and so far it seems to have worked so thank you very much.

But if you don’t mind, just in case it starts playing up in the next day or so, we will leave the topic open for now.

    Thank you again.
