Filters stopped working after upgrade

  • Your plugin is packaged with the Adrenalin theme. After upgrade, the filters stopped working. To narrow down the issue, I deactivated my theme’s custom Shop template and moved the filters to the default sidebar on the shop page and they worked. The issue seems to be the theme, so I created a support ticket with the author.

    I’m just posting here to tell you the troubleshooting steps I took and that this may not be an issue with the Woocommerce upgrade, but an incompatibility with some of the common themes that include your plugin.

    Normally is the theme author that works for plugin compatibility.
