    Hello!

Our client noticed another issue with the WooCommerce filters used on their website.
The first issue we have noticed is that on the dropdown, only one option will appear even though there are other (not empty) taxonomy terms assigned as well.
Also, even though the URL seems to be passing the correct parameters, after reloading, it seems like the results are not correctly fetched.

In the past, we had faced another issue with the Filter Functionality, but this was fixed with your guidance.
It now seems that this is a new issue. I am also attaching the link to our previous completed task
    https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/woocommerce-filters-by-attribute-wont-appear/#post-15568051

    Thanks a lot in advance!

    Hello,

Can you also confirm if Enable table usage is checked in WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Advanced? If not, please check that, and then try regenerating the product attributes lookup table again from WooCommerce > Status > Tools.

    Hello @maykato ,

    This is checked!

    Thanks

    Hi @mlysikatos

Thanks for confirming that Enable table usage is checked is ‘checked’.

Please regenerate the product attributes lookup table again from WooCommerce > Status > Tools

Do let us know if the problem still remains unresolved.

    Hello @margaretwporg ,

If you check this thread history, this is something we have already done 2 times now for this database, and there were no results. Are you sure you would like us to do it for the 3rd time? The reason I am asking is that this process takes a lot of time(regenerate the product attributes lookup table) because there are a lot of products and this is already done, so maybe we shouldn’t consume time once again on this one, if not necessary, since this bug is urgent now.

    Please advice,
    Thanks!

    Hi @mlysikatos

Since no particular change was made now, there is no point in regenerating the table again. Please don’t go for it.

… The only plugin that hasn’t been deactivated is the ACF Pro …

… there are also some custom shortcodes we have used in the sidebar …

I understand that the deadline is ensuing, but it seems that the troubleshooting is not happening properly because a full conflict test recommended long before wasn’t completed. We need to see whether the problem persists when all plugins except WooCommerce are deactivated and the theme changed to the default Storefront. There cannot be any exceptions such as the ACF Pro plugin, and any/all custom coding needs to be disabled. Since you are testing on a staging site – this won’t disrupt your main site.

Here’s the conflict test guide once again for your reference: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

Please let us know if any of the plugins or the theme surfaces as the culprit.

    Hello @margaretwporg ,

I have disabled the ACF Pro plugin as you requested!
Regarding the custom shortcodes, those are present in the custom theme we have created, so this shouldn’t be an issue, since I have activated the Storefront theme.

Please let me know if there is an update on this!

    Thanks

    Hi there @mlysikatos,

I have disabled the ACF Pro plugin as you requested!
Regarding the custom shortcodes, those are present in the custom theme we have created, so this shouldn’t be an issue, since I have activated the Storefront theme.

Thanks for confirming you were able to complete a full conflict test. Did the issue still occur with Storefront active and WooCommerce as the only active plugin?

We look forward to hearing from you. Thanks!
