    hello

    I created quizzes on quizzmaker with the option to display the score as a percentage, but each time the quiz is run, the result is 0%, even if there are correct answers.

    here are the actions taken, but the issue persists

    I deactivated the plugin, then reactivated
    I disabled the other plugins
    purge the cache

    need your support please

    Thank you for the topic.

    I want to mention, that by purging, you clear the cache.?
    However, the cache can be generated again.

    For this, you need to exclude the cache on the page, where the given quiz is located.?

    We have checked and noticed that you are using the LiteSpeed Cache plugin.?
    So, please make a?DB?backup?for your safety (you can use?UpdraftPlus) so as not to lose your data.
    Then,?clear?all?the?caches?and check whether the issue persists or not.?

    Make sure the cache is excluded on the page where the given quiz is located. 

    After clearing the caches, please try to check the case with either the Incognito mode or another browser/device.

    Please check this and let us know whether the problem has been fixed or not for you.

    thank you for your valuable feedback

    The problem still persists after trying the solution above.
    I noticed that the problem disappears when the score is displayed by number of correct answers and not by percentage
    the problem appears when the score displayed by percentage only
