Final step for getting this running?

I just installed this plugin on https://www.davidpakman.com

If you see on the right sidebar of the site, that is my old amazon banner that linked directly to my US associate ID. at the request of our audience i want to add support for multiple countries. I signed up for the various affiliate programs and entered them into the plugin.

Do i need to do anything else? Will the existing link on that black banner image enter my foreign affiliate ID’s? If so, could someone test it to ensure it is working? It not, just a quick tip on how to set up the banner such that it redirects properly would be greatly appreciated!
