Finally a sufficient fancy-box plugin!

Lite version is versatile enough and works flawlessly. You can easily tweak the code to suit your needs (etc. change close button position, close when clicking on overlay etc.). Absolutely the best among the 6 I have tried in the last 3 days and my search is over.
