Finally found it!

  • WP and WP themes deploy a lot of efforts to let you customize your site headers, which is understandable as this is part of our online identity. Why do they put as much efforts in making it difficult to customize the footer – which is also part of our online identity – is something that goes beyond my understanding.

    Thanks to this plugin, we can now take full control of our online identity!

    PS: I would only suggest putting this plugin’s settings menu under Appearance instead of Tools.
