Finally found this Plug In

I had a client who uses the Database of Woocommerce for several Shops. So it was not easy to match the required Fields/Columns/ Rules to have them properly set and accepted by Google Merchant Center. Marketingrobot was our Gamechanger here. Thank you for the Plugin and Support.
