• I accidentally added a forward slash somewhere in the text-wrangler php file and now cannot access my wordpress dashboard, and my site is crashed. All that comes up is a syntax error. Does anybody have an original copy? My host company told me they could help me fix once I have an original copy to replace. I was trying to get rid of the “powered by” footer when this happened. The website is https://www.dhanyadoula.com if you want to see the error message….
    Thanks!

The error message still there, so you could just connect to the server via ftp or cpanel and remove that forward slash. This is easier than to replace the file with original because you know exactly what causes the problem.

Thank you! Well I downloaded an original file. There was no file for the parent or child theme in my FTP client, so the host company recommended to upload both to my FTP. I did this but my site is still broken. Any suggestions? I’m a little new to this…

So you get it all sorted ? Didn’t see error message anymore.
