Find what file types were allowed with a file field?

Hello,

I inherited a WP site with a CF7 form using a file field. [file* file-481]

The client wants me to give them a list of the currently accepted file types for the field and wishes to later amend the list.

I know I can simply add a different file input with their new list but how can I discover what the original list was?

I poked around in the database but could not find it by blind luck. ??
