Finding a Plugin for subscription

  • Hi there,

    I’m trying to set up a register form where by plumbers can go to my site, sign up and add their credentials (certs, phone number, e-mail etc.) and they will be stored in a database for me to use when I need to contact them. Does anyone know a good plugin for this?
