Finding Demo products pages

I am a total beginner at building websites, but with a combination of WordPress and EDD I think I can do it.
I am very keen to find the WP Importer, and install the file you suggest below as I think it will enable me to work out where I am going wrong with my site. Tools – fine, went to import but cannot find the WP Importer. I know I must be missing something – but can’t work it out. Please help. Many Thanks.

Yes! Simply go to Tools > Import and install the WordPress Importer, then navigate to wp-content/plugins/easy-digital-downloads/assets/ and select the sample-products-import.xml file. This will create several sample products and plugin pages for you.
