finding Funnelkit Go support

Hi,
I found this discussion RE: how to get this plugin set-up with the suggestion to goto https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/ to resolve questions.

I am looking for support beyond set-up.

Although it is a WP plugin, it isn’t in the WP directory (so likely not a WP supported program).

Also checked Github, but nadda https://github.com/reserbus/FunnelKit

Is anyone aware of where to go for support with this product?
