Finding the meta data

I’m was posting a link to my website cprinstructoraffiliates.com on this forum https://ahaic.heart.org/saml_acs.

It created a meta box and I noticed that at the bottom it has the name of my site and then my personal name (click on link for image). https://ibb.co/Js266sJ

I cannot figure out where it’s pulling my name from and how to stop it from being pulled.
