    take a look in your theme directory folder. not in media library.

    /wp-content/themes/carrington-blog/img/mike-faith-or.jpg

    I think he’s asking where he can update the image used on the site, rather than where the image is stored on his server, but I could be wrong.

    Take a look in Appearance -> Widgets and see if there is a text widget containing content and <img... tag with the path @contentiskey shows above. If you can’t find the widget there, it may be a part of your theme’s custom settings.

    @linux4me2 you are right.
    my answer referred only to the image “inside the box”.
    the whole box is a widget.

    I’m looking at the text in the primary sidebar and the secondary sidebar and I’m not seeing the img tag that I’m looking for. Are those the text widgets you’re talking about? Are there others that I’m not seeing?

    Additionally, @linux4me2 where can I edit my theme’s custom settings, in case it’s located there?

    the image is part of your blog theme. possible gointo the appearance>customize, or easier just ftp and replace image

    ps make sure when u replace via ftp u use the same name and size image

    It looks like that widget is called “carrington-about”, at least judging by the id, which is what made me think it might be part of your theme. If you don’t see it in any of the widgets in Appearance -> Widgets, then it may be in Appearance -> Customize or in Appearance -> Theme Options or something along those lines in an “About” section, maybe. If not, then the developer may have hard-coded it into one of the files for your theme. You can look in the folder /wp-content/themes/carrington-blog for a file that might fit. It could be a sidebar file, or maybe “about” if you’re lucky.
