Fine except for one big flaw

I like this plugin. It works fairly well for me and my group, but it has one big flaw: I cannot set the correct time for our meetings. Example: If a meeting is set for 10:30 I must set it for 10:00 or 11:00. This can prove to be disastrous.

I asked how this can be resolved in the forum but go no coherent answer. I looked at the paid version but still did not see a way to remedy such a basic thing. It seems to me creating a calendar that can set correct times would be a no-brainer.
