Fine Plugin – Poor Support

  • The plugin itself isn’t terrible. The interface is nice and the output / themes it’s able to integrate into is also nice. The biggest downside is their support and their documentation. Instead of actually solving issues they close threads to make it appear as if they are getting things done – even when it’s a developmental issue with the plugin and they’re provided with a solution:

    It seems lazy and makes me hesitant to add this plugin onto any of my clients as I fear they could drop support entirely or their developers stop pushing out updates.
