• As with previous reviews, the functionality was great until they started offering a Pro version as well. Now the basic version is a bit hard to use. See adamjedgar‘s review for a description of the problem. Deleting one at a time would be fine, but it’s pretty inconvenient with all the page refreshes, etc.

    If you’re interested in this plugin, you should plan on buying the license.

    Furthermore, I’m guess I’m willing to pay for a Pro license because the plugin worked well in the past, but I’d rather see a lifetime usage tier rather than only a 3 site limit.

    You can thanks all the guys who came here with the infamous one-star reviews because they ran it without checking anything on all their files. They killed my motivation and the plugin badly. I completely stopped working on the plugin for a while because of that. Just kept it for myself basically and let it die here. Tried to put it on GitHub for a while, to see if people would be willing to work with me. Didn’t work. People still complained. What could I do?

    Somebody eventually really pushed me to make it better. I improved the plugin a lot (the Free version) and added the Pro to unlock this file by file limitation. I needed to avoid those complaining users who delete their files by being not careful (well it’s free, they don’t read anything and click on the button quickly). The Pro users are always helpful and never come here with bad reviews. Simply because they look into things and if there is an issue I help them. They actually sponsor the free plugin.

    Now you know what happened. Any better idea? ?? But I can see I am still getting one star review. I might remove it from the WP repo, it’s just… not motivating me to make it better.

    It is lifetime. The 3 websites limit is to avoid people to use it for 100 websites. That’s just that. If you stop using one website for a while, then you can use it on another website. And it’s actually 5 in reality (officially 3).

    @jordy Meow:

    I was a bit harsh in my initial review, so I’ve edited that above. I do like the functionality, and after reading your comments, I hope you are able to get some support to help out with the development of this plugin.

    Don’t be too discouraged or remove it from the WP repo. It’s a really useful tool — it just needs some fine tuning.

    I will always make it better. Nowadays I don’t get so many feedbacks, it works for most and I don’t get the “angry” users anymore ?? But I would love to know what I should improve, maybe this Refresh thingy that was mentioned ??
