    Hello, I have a couple of questions.

    1. How does this plugin differ from ChatBot ?? By QuantumCloud plugin?

    2. If I were to integrate with WooCommerce and OpenAI GPT, is it possible to fine-tune the chatbot by submitting FAQ and product/shipping information specific to my store? As described in https://openai.com/blog/customizing-gpt-3

    1. This plugin, WoowBot free version, is a very simple ChatBot which does mainly product search. WPBot is more advanced and has more features. However, all the WPBot Pro features are also included in the WoowBot Pro.
    2. Yes, this is possible with the WoowBot Pro version.
