Fine Tuning Prompt

When I go to enter a prompt manually in Finetunes, it gives me the 2 line breaks and ### 3 hashes. In the description summary underneath on the same page, it tells me I should use 3 === “By default, it is \n\n===\n\n for the prompt”

Which one is correct? And how does it effect things for Casual if the wrong ending?
