Finetuning

Howdy,

first of: thank you for this great plugin! It helps alot!

(Right now it’ll always start with 0.x instead of starting with 1. as well. I think this is probably the same root cause for the problem i’m facing)

More specific:
– I would like to distinguish the h1,h2 etc. way better like shown in the first picture
– I would love to be able to completely change the looks – like bold and x pt for the h1 and semibold and y px size for the h2 for example.
