• I uploaded a plugin a few weeks ago, and when I go to the plugin page, it says:
This plugin is approved and awaiting data upload but not visible to the public yet. Once you make your first commit, the plugin will become public.
After an inquiry, it became clear to me that I needed to submit the plugin to the SVN database and install software on the computer for that purpose.
    So I wanted to ask:
Is it possible to do all this without installing new software on your computer?
(I try as much as possible except to install software on the computers not to burden the performance, and it will be very unfortunate that we – if it is necessary to install complete software on the computer – only for this purpose only).
    2. Is there a simple and easy tutorial on how to do this, (besides the tutorial on the WordPress site)?
Thanks in advance for the answers and helpers.
    Moses

You need subversion compatible client software installed locally in order to properly interact with the plugin repository. There is no alternative AFAIK, other than which subversion client you use.

The article on Subversion in the Plugin Handbook is your best source of information because it’s specific to WP plugins. Other tutorials will depend on what client you choose to use. Try searching by the client name + “tutorial”
