The package is generated and I can download both files, zip+installer. But when I go back to the Archive, it shows the following
    Size: 0B
Name: Package-name and under it in green: Building Package 65%
I know I can stop this proces, but my question is, will the package that I downloaded work? I made a test and installed it in another domain. It seams to work, but I have doubts if there might be something wrong in the website.
    Thanks!

  • Hey @webrolls

Thanks for the feedback! There are a few items in the FAQ that may provide a solution to this issue, this one may get you going.

    – How to resolve build issues on my host/server platform?

Option 5 will most likely guarantee the package is good. It’s rare but in some cases, we have seen where the UI doesn’t update but the PHP process on the host server still completes. If you want to be 100% sure you might try and rebuild and try a new package.

    Hope this helps~

I have the same issue. When I run the backup, everything works fine until completion, but when I switch to the overview it shows only 65% and the size is zero KB. But when I check the files in wp-snapshot, everything is correct there, also the log file tells not a single error.

The weird fact is, I have this issue on the same server with equal settings on some WordPress instances and on some not. There is also no difference in the used plugins and their configuration (except the domain and path, but even the folder permissions are equal). I guess there is a problem with file checking the files at the overview.

The problem is that I cannot create a new backup until I remove the 65% entry. I am completely frustrated because I get nowhere a single error (also not in the PHP-logs or in the Apache logs).

Same problem here. Is there already a solution?
