Finished Dimesions for Header Image

I am trying to insert a header image similar to the one in the demo, but it keeps cutting the image off in the middle. I keep uploading the header with the recommended 1920×1200 and cropping. But it only displays a small portion of it (not what I selected). I also want to suppress the site title in the middle of the header.
