Firefox blocking email popup

  • I’m using the steam social login and have it ask for email when they first register. The current version of firefox blocks the email popup and leaves the lightbox background only (so entire screen semi greyed out). Any way to fix or work around it?

    A browser wouldn’t generally block the email popup. There might be any extension or Tracking Protection mode that could be blocking it. If you could not figure it out, I need the URL of the web page to check what’s wrong?

    My guess is it’s the built in firefox tracking extension. I downloaded firefox just for this test on a computer that hadn’t had it so it was default settings. You can test on https://talestavern.com

    Just checked in the latest version of Firefox with the default settings and it’s showing the Email Required popup. See https://imgur.com/kgZHWqK
