    Hello all,

Our site displays just fine on Chrome, Opera, and Safari, but Firefox shows a jumble of stuff. Can anyone advise?

I tried the theme developer support and they claimed 4.9 wordpress version causes problems until they can issue a fix. But, we are not running that version yet….
Anyhow, I would love it if someone could take a look on firefox. I am impressed with firefoxes new release and want to make sure the site works on that browser.

I emptied my cache, cookies, flusched my DNS as well….

    Thanks! A xo

  • Do you know which plugin is the culprit? If not, do the reverse of what I said and if they are all offline, one by one turn them on and test the site after each one so you can find out which one it is.

Big thanks! Well it has something to do with the shortcode plugin for goodlayers. I disabled it and will continue testing. Good grief,I want the last two weeks of my life back. So much for paid wp premium themes.

    Thanks,cspiliakos

    You’re most welcome @anonymical7.

On that note, paid WP premium themes are pretty good usually, they come with support from their end as well, so it never hurts asking them too. In most cases, the solution is pretty easy, sometimes though it’s tough and may require a few troubleshooting stuff.

I’ve been using personally, and professionally various paid themes, including multipurpose ones, without issues, sometimes though things can go sour, especially with plugins/updates, but solutions are pretty easy to find. That’s why we’re all here, to help each other! ??

Thanks! Yeah, unfortunately the support kept saying nothing was wrong. I really appreciate the forum here. Thanks again!

    Hi,
I am having a problem with my website. I see different things in the back end with different browsers. I update the site in chrome and when I login from firefox my site is not updated. Also I am seeing different orders from each browser and generally everything is off. The comments I have on chrome are 98 and on firefox 1112. How can I fix this?

Well, I’m experiencing Alison’s problem for our website and Firefox is not loading images correctly and I can’t figure out why.

I haven’t yet updated our wordpress website to the very latest (Gutenberg) but we’re using version 4.9.8.

    I keep getting: user-added image

Google Chrome DOES feature our images. I’ve gone to the Mozilla help site to address this issue but I’m still having problems and not finding a solution. I’ve deleted cookies, cache, etc….Nothing seems to be working. I’ve uploaded in safe mode; I’m using the latest version of Firefox. Nothing is working.

Can anyone assist with (what I believe) is a WordPress-related problem with Firefox?? Do any files in WordPress need to be updated in order for Firefox to show images? Or is this an actual Firefox browser problem?

This is the landing page that won’t load images in Firefox:

    Please help. Thank you!
