Firefox Fubar, and I can't get a bkgrd image to show

I recently made some changes to my main website and inadvertently affected my WP in the process.

I cannot for the life of me change the black background (see image at link below) on my WP to repeating image like I had before. There seems like so many ways to do it, I would like to do it properly.

More importantly, there are layout items in FF that are really messed up looking.

Here is how it should look as it does in Chrome and IE…

Here it is in FF, what would cause this?
