Hello, I believe you also posted a support ticket regarding this issue but I will reply here as well. Please verify the directories created by the plugin all have writable permissions. If not, please reply to the support ticket instead of this post.

No, unfortunately I haven’t. It’s really frustrating. My client is waiting to launch his listings page and I’m stuck without answers.

No your listings will remain and will not be affected by the update.

Hi, I have just updated the plugin, but now my pro license has been removed nad I can’t put it in again. The field is locked ?

Hello, the new version creates a couple new directories:

/var/www/virtual/ide-huse.dk/htdocs/wp-content/uploads/fsrep/extensions/
/var/www/virtual/ide-huse.dk/htdocs/wp-content/uploads/fsrep/themes/

Most likely, these directories were not created for some reason. You will need to create them yourself. You put the Pro php file in /extensions/

The location of the extension files was moved in the recent update as the old directory would be removed each time the plugin was updated. This new location will not be removed when you update the plugin to future versions.

I just tried. Seems that data a in the database and are not deleted when i delete the plugin. What to do?
