Firewall automatically going to Learning Mode

This is odd. I had the Firewall disabled. I just checked the status and somehow it automatically switched to Learning Mode…and will go to enabled after a week. I disabled it again. This happened once before but I hadn’t checked and the Firewall became enabled. When it happend that time, I thought it was maybe my error…that I really didn’t have it disabled. But this time I know I did.
What could be going on?
