Many of our customers use Litespeed with Wordfence but sometimes extra steps need to be taken to ensure the firewall optimization and scans will work correctly:

Litespeed Cache can also cause a problem for the updated configuration to not be displayed, so I would certainly try flushing the caches associated with your site once you’ve made any changes using the above documentation.
