    Hi please follow these instructions.

You will need to FTP into your website and download the .htaccess file to your computer or laptop to carry out the following steps.

    • From your .htaccess file copy the rules from the existing
Enable Basic Firewall Protection:, if it is enabled if not please enable this feature.
    • Disable the “Enable Basic Firewall Protection:” feature
    • Go to the custom rules tab and paste the rules you copied from step 1 and modify them accordingly, ie, increase the following size “LimitRequestBody 10240000”.
    • Then save the custom rules.

The file size upload limitation should really be a separate setting. It makes little sense to have it attached to the basic firewall, and it is likely that many people want firewall enabled, but file sizes larger than 10m to be uploadable. Please consider moving the file size limitation into its owns separate option.

I agree completely with planetside. I would have never dreamed AIO Firewall had a filesize limit until my client ran into this issue. It took me forever to troubleshoot. This should be a separate item. At the very least the limit should be increased to 100M.

(@mkeranen), I understand what you mean. However setting the rules to 100M is not necessary and the correct approach in my humble opinion. Everyone has different needs and desires. A 10M limit is what most host accepts and it is also safe.

Using the instructions I provided above helps you make the changes to cater for your needs.

    Kind regards

(@mbrsolutions) You are exactly correct that everyone has different needs which is why it would be very nice to have a separate setting/field for this value.

I did use your instructions above which worked. Thanks for the work around.

(@mkeranen), you are most welcome ??

The Custom Rules feature in the plugin was added for this kind of situation. However I will send a message to the plugin developers to investigate further your request.

    Enjoy the plugin ??
