First and Last Name fields not populated by pro form

  • Has anyone faced an issue whereby the First and Last Name fields don’t get populated in the WP users list after using a Paypal Pro Form to register?

    I know that the name fields are getting picked up when a user enters them, it is indeed required for Pro Forms. However I can’t figure out why these aren’t being populated in the User’s page – it’s like they aren’t getting sent to the correct database. The %%first_name%% and %%last_name%% fields also don’t get sent in Admin Notification email.

  • It sounds like you have a theme or plugin conflict. The drill is to deactivate all your other plugins and change to the default theme, and test again.

    If things now work as they should, try turning things back on again one by one, and test, until the problem re-appears. Then you will have identified the culprit.
